Kelsey Hess, MA, NCC, LMHC, LPC
My approach is warm, collaborative, and person-centered. I integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), compassion-focused interventions, executive function skill-building, and self-trust & integrative resilience therapy. This means we focus not just on insight, but on helping you build a more trusting relationship with yourself, access your natural resilience, and reduce overwhelm in ways that work for your brain.
Our work will be both practical and experiential—supporting you in understanding patterns, strengthening self-trust, and creating sustainable change. Together, we’ll build tools for focus and follow-through while also helping you feel more grounded, regulated, and connected in your day-to-day life.
I also take a systemic perspective, recognizing how identity, relationships, and societal expectations shape your experiences. We’ll explore these influences while helping you define what feels authentic and sustainable for you.
My goal is to help you feel more connected, confident, and fully yourself—not “fixed,” but more at home in who you are.
